This term our focus for concept has been well being.

The learners have initially been looking at emotional well being

We needed to collaborate in our learning.

We made connections between emotions and the story of Goldilocks and the Three Bears.

We made connections between our feelings and colours.

What makes you happy, sad, angry or worried?

Probability

We have been learning lots of new language in Probability.  We have learnt about chance, possible, impossible, likely and less likely.

Oscar F - What is the chance that I choose the red one?

Nubaid - It is less likely because there is only one.

Britta - What is the chance of me picking a black dinosaur?

Julia - It would be impossible because there are no black dinosaurs.

Aaron - What is the chance of choosing a green dinosaur?

Brodie - It is likely because there are more greens than yellows.

Alexi - What is the chance of me choosing a yellow one?

Ruby - It is impossible because there are no yellow ones.
